The Year of the Ox is the second year in the Chinese Zodiac cycle. Those born in the year of the Ox are considered trustworthy and strong willed. Oxen are thought to stick to their beliefs even in the face of adversity. Similar to a Capricorn, oxen are also considered to be dependable and rational minded. However, if an ox is put into a position where they feel their principles are being violated, they will defend them vigorously.
